We offer shipping to countries in Asia, Australia, North and South America, Russia and the Middle East. If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact us at email@example.com. We will find a solution to bring you & your individual MERSOR product together!
Our logistic partner DHL handles our shipping. A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
CUSTOM DUTY & TAXES
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm and calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Non-personalized products: We gladly accept returns for non-personalized products within 30 days. It is free of charge within the EU. The costs for return from international countries have to be paid by the customer.
Personalized products: If your product is personalized we cannot accept returns as it is hand-made just for you. We check each item before we send it to you personally. Nevertheless, if your personalized product arrived damaged, you can also return it at none costs. Please read our Terms of Conditions for further information (§7).
How to return an item?
1. Send us an email at email@example.com saying that you want to return an item. If it's personalized, but damaged, it would be very helpful if you could send us an photo (optional).
2. We'll send you the return shipping label via Email. Print it out and put the label on the parcel.
3. Please send it back with DHL - It's free of charge within the EU.
4. When the product arrived at our studio, we'll transfer your payment back.
